Trifilon’s in-house database serves as a foundation for creating high-performance biocomposites, designed using your locally sourced feedstocks. Trifilon’s machines are made for large-scale production. URUK supplies material to two extruders per setup, enabling a production capacity of up to 800 kg per hour and up to 5000t per extruder per year. This production speed is comparable to common plastics, making Trifilon’s solution both competitive in product quality and production efficiency.

Rice husks are agricultural waste that Trifilon uses for a variety of our biocomposite formulations. India’s large agricultural industry and its large quantity of rice husks makes it the perfect location for the production of Trifilon’s biocomposites.
Since spring 2024, we have been participating in an Indian project organized by the India Sweden Accelerator Program (ISIA), Business Sweden, and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). We are currently in active discussions with potential partners and remain open to collaboration with new companies. At this stage, we are focused on scaling up with partners worldwide.
